Our trained physicians always welcome new patients! New patients are tested with an extensive annual panel, annual physical exam, and imaging if needed. They might also be sent to specialists when required. Once testing has been completed, the doctor will set up a comprehensive medical protocol with you that may or may not include: prescriptions and supplementations, among others.

Del Mar Integrative Medicine is an established medical practice that tries to treat each individual based on their specific needs by combining the best of Western and Eastern medicine to treat the whole person.
Our qualified physicians' goal is to prevent illness and continue the patient's wellness for the rest of their lives. Our physicians conduct comprehensive physical examinations and order extensive lab tests to determine the root of each patient's illness.

Since we are an integrative clinic, our physicians offer traditional Western treatments as well as holistic natural remedies to cure whatever health and medical needs you have! Treatments are individualized based on the patient’s needs.

This includes:
● A completed i-693 form with a sealed envelope.
● Extra copies of completed i-693 form.
● Civil surgeon’s signature.
● Physical exam.
This DOES NOT include: Labs required nor Vaccinations
After your initial physical examination, you will be sent to Scripps laboratory, or the laboratory of preference to be tested for:
● Quantiferon tuberculosis.
● Syphilis RPR.
● Gonorrhea.
For most cases, patients will need these vaccinations (varies on age):
● Varicella (chickenpox): having had the disease counts as the vaccination.
● MMR (measles, mumps, rubella).
● TDAP (must be within the past 10 years).
● Flu vaccination (flu season is from October 1 – March 31).
While labs are being run, you will be required to get any vaccinations are needed based on your age. Once everything is done, labs results completed and vaccinations done, we call you to come in to finalize your paperwork, and you’re done!
For your first appointment, you will need to bring:
● The first two pages of the USCIS i-693 form (please click the link).
If you need an interpreter, please fill out pages 1-3.
● Your passport or driver’s license (form of identification).
● Any vaccination records.
